Join us for the third annual Ginger Goudie Memorial 5K and The Janus School Fall Fest on October 4! This family-fun event supports continued excellence in education for students with learning differences and also honors Ginger Goudie, a dear friend and Janus teacher who passed away after her courageous fight against cancer in 2022. We remember Ginger as an inspiring math and post-graduate transition programming teacher, always encouraging others to see the best in the world around them. All Ginger Goudie Memorial 5K proceeds support the Ginger Goudie Financial Aid Fund and, in honor of her love for gardening, will continue planting seeds for education.

Event Day Schedule
9:00 am – Ginger Goudie Memorial 5K Run/Walk*
10:30 am – ½ Mile Fun Run (untimed)*
11:00 am – 1:00 pm – Fall Fest
Enjoy food trucks, bounce houses, crafts, and family-fun activities!
There is no cost/registration to attend Fall Fest. Simply save the date, and we’ll see you there!

Register for the 5K & Fun Run
Registration is required to participate in the 5K Run/Walk and ½ Mile Fun Run. Registration opens in June!
We can accommodate day-of race registrations (though we might not have a t-shirt for you on the day of the race). Please visit the registration table by 8:30 am. Checks or credit card payment is preferable.
- 5K Run/Walk – $45 per participant
- ½ Mile Fun Run – $20 per participant
