Join us For our Annual Gala & Auction
The Janus School Raising Spirits Gala & Auction is our largest and most critical fundraising event. The gala takes place at our campus in Mount Joy and includes an evening of cocktails and hors d’oeuvres, dinner and a live auction. Dress is semi-formal and guests often choose to reflect the theme of the event in their attire.
Since the inception of Raising Spirits in 2002, this event has raised over $1M for educational programming and financial aid that benefits families for whom tuition is a financial burden. Janus is the only independent school in Central Pennsylvania dedicated to helping students with language- or math-based learning disability, ADHD, autism spectrum disorder (ASD), executive function difficulties (EFD), nonverbal learning disorder, or auditory processing disorder.

Bar Sponsor: $750 Please note: this sponsor level does not include tickets to the event.
Raising Spirits features an open bar, which means there will be lots of eyes on your logo, prominently featured at the bar! Sponsorship includes logo recognition at the bar and in event materials.
Cork Pull Station Sponsor: $500 Please note: this sponsor level does not include tickets to the event.
Event participants purchase a chance to pull a cork from a basket that corresponds to a random bottle of wine on the rack. Sponsorship includes logo recognition at the cork pull station and in event materials. Any donor who provides product for the cork pull totaling $500 (or more) in value will be listed as an in-kind sponsor.
Raise the Paddle Video Sponsor: $500 Please note: this sponsor level does not include tickets to the event.
“Raise the Paddle” is when we ask all guests to raise their paddles in support of The Janus School Financial Aid Fund. Before the auctioneer asks guests to raise their paddles, we show a brief video featuring Janus students. As the Raise the Paddle video sponsor, your logo will be featured at the beginning and end of the video and in event materials.
Welcome Sponsor: $250 Please note: this sponsor level does not include tickets to the event.
All event guests stop by the Registration table when they enter Raising Spirits. Your logo will be featured at the table along with a welcome message. Sponsorship includes logo recognition at the Registration table and in event materials.
The Janus School Quilt Sponsor: $250 Please note: this sponsor level does not include tickets to the event.
A Raising Spirits tradition! Each year, the mother of one of our teachers hand-stitches a quilt that incorporates patches made by Janus students. The quilt is offered as an item in the live auction, and the bidding gets fierce! Sponsorship includes verbal recognition during the live auction and in event materials.
Heads or Tails Game Sponsor: $150 Please note: this sponsor level does not include tickets to the event.
During the live auction break, event participants can play “heads or tails,” where they attempt to predict the outcome of the coin toss and indicate their choice with their hands placed on their head or their “tail.” The winner receives a bottle of Veuve Clicquot. Sponsorship includes verbal recognition during the game and in event materials.
