Join us for the third annual Ginger Goudie Memorial 5K and The Janus School Fall Fest on November 7! This family-fun event supports continued excellence in education for students with learning differences and also honors Ginger Goudie, a dear friend and Janus teacher who passed away after her courageous fight against cancer in 2022. We remember Ginger as an inspiring math and post-graduate transition programming teacher, always encouraging others to see the best in the world around them. All Ginger Goudie Memorial 5K proceeds support the Ginger Goudie Financial Aid Fund and, in honor of her love for gardening, will continue planting seeds for education.

Event Day Schedule
8:00am – Check-In/Day-Of Registration Opens
9:00 am – Ginger Goudie Memorial 5K Run/Walk
10:45 am – 1 Mile Fun Run (untimed)
11:00 am – Award Presentation
11:00 am – 1:00 pm – Fall Fest
Enjoy food trucks, games, face painting, and family-fun activities!
There is no cost/registration to attend Fall Fest. Simply save the date, and we’ll see you there!

Register for the 5K & Fun Run
Registration is required to participate in the 5K Run/Walk and 1 Mile Fun Run. Registration is NOW OPEN through 11/4 at 11:59pm.
Early Registration (due by October 20) includes a t-shirt!
- 5K Run/Walk – $35 per participant
- 1 Mile Fun Run – $35 per participant
Late Registration (received after October 20) does NOT include a t-shirt
- 5K Run/Walk – $40 per participant
- 1 Mile Fun Run – $35 per participant
We can accommodate day-of race registrations. Please visit the registration table by 8:30 am. Check or credit card payment is preferable.
AWARDS:
5K: Separate awards for the Overall Male & Female winners. Medals presented to the top three Male & top three Female finishers in each of the following age brackets: 14 and under,
15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+
1 Mile Fun Run: Awards given to Top 3 Males & Females
RESULTS: Finish line and timing service by Pretzel City Sports. Race results posted on www.pretzelcitysports.com
