See What Support for Learning Differences Looks Like in Practice

At The Janus School, visiting groups experience how strengths-based, student-centered practices support students with learning differences in real time. Professors and professional groups partner with us to give their students and colleagues a deeper understanding of how instruction, environment, and relationships come together to support meaningful learning.

These school visits for professional development are not scripted presentations. They are authentic, in-the-moment glimpses into daily school life, paired with opportunities to ask questions, reflect, and connect theory to practice.

What a Visit Can Include

Visits typically take place during the school day and may include a combination of the following:

  • Classroom observation across K-12 grade levels and subject areas
