The Janus School is thrilled to invite the community to a special motivational speaking event featuring former NFL player Deon Butler. Deon Butler is an education and empowerment advocate and former tight end for the Detroit Lions whose journey led him to a diagnosis of dyslexia as an adult and a mission to educate and encourage others. Join us as Deon shares his powerful journey of overcoming challenges including dyslexia and his mission to raise awareness about literacy. This inspiring event is perfect for sports enthusiasts and anyone passionate about perseverance, education, and making a difference.
Deon is currently an advocate for youth, education, and physical fitness. His vision is to help others understand their gifts and use them to achieve their dreams. His story of resilience and triumph will leave you motivated and encouraged to tackle life’s challenges head-on.
